Additional Information:

• Not for type 1 diabetes or treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis and not a substitute for insulin.
• Pancreatitis warning: stop and seek medical advice for severe, persistent abdominal pain that may radiate to the back.
• Temporary GI effects (nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation) may occur—start meals small and stay hydrated.
• Risk of hypoglycaemia increases with sulfonylureas/insulin—dose adjustments may be needed.
• Oral medicines: tell your doctor about all meds; oral contraceptives may need additional protection when starting or increasing dose.
• Pregnancy & breastfeeding: discuss risks/benefits and timing with your physician.
• Age: not indicated for <18 years.

Storage method:

• Store refrigerated at 2–8 °C in the original carton, protected from light.
