1. The usual dose of amlodipine, valsartan is one tablet per day
2. It is best to take your medicine at the same time each day
3. You can take the medicine with or without food
4. Do not take this medicine with grapefruit or grapefruit juice
5. Do not take Exforge HCT to treat high blood pressure if you are more than 3 months pregnant, have liver disease, or if the level of calcium in your blood is too high
